Cemeteries in the Parish of Inniscarra
There are four historic cemeteries, one Church of Ireland cemetery, and one modern cemetery in the Parish of Inniscarra. Cemeteries provide an invaluable source of information for tracing local and family history.
The Historic cemeteries are Matehy, North Kilmurry, Inniscarra and Carrigrohanebeg. The modern cemetery is St. Senan's Cemetery in Tower, and the Church of Ireland burial ground is situated in the grounds of St. Senan's Church Inniscarra.

Matehy Cemetery
Matehy cemetery is located across from St. Joseph's Church, Matehy. The coordinates of the cemetery are 51.952782, -8.655081.
The clearest old headstone in Matehy dates back to 1766, erected to Thomas Anglin.
North Kilmurry Cemetery is situated 2.5 km west of Berrings.

Inniscarra Cemetery
Inniscarra Cemetery, also called St. Senan's Abbey is situated by the River Lee on the road from Coachford to Cork.

Carrigrohane Beg Cemetery
Carrigrohane Beg Cemetery is located in Leemount on the road from Cork to Coachford.

St. Senan's Church of Ireland Cemetery, Inniscarra
It is dedicated to Senán mac Geirrcinn, who is the patron saint of Inniscarra.
Along with the Church of Saint Peter in Carrigrohane and the Church of the Resurrection in Blarney, it is part of the Carrigrohane Union of Parishes in the Diocese of Cork, Cloyne, and Ross.
St. Senan's Cemetery, Tower (modern cemetery)
Opened in 2004, this Cemetery is run by Cork City Council.
